egyptian doll

I’m starting to gather ideas for a Egypt-themed piece I’m planning for December. I drew inspirations for this doll from c.2040 – 2000 BC figures made on wooden slats with round heads and clay bead hair. I dressed her a quite a bit more elaborately than she would have been dressed back then. (ink)

Fifteen down, fifteen to go.

Thanks. There’s something relaxing about working with patterns – I think it appeals to my obsessive-compulsive tendencies.
