Drawn from a photo of my brother’s dog. The photo had been scanned into a computer and made monochrome, then printed. Somewhere along the way it picked up a blue tint in some of the shadows.
Carmen wasn’t the world’s smartest dog, but she was a sweetie.
Boy, is it easier to draw looking at a photo! Nothing in the image moves and confuses me.
